Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Treatment programs and concession cards are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

Time Guarantee

To allow un-pressured, quality time for your appointment and to ensure we are consistently on time, our policy is to reschedule clients who are more than 15 minutes late, or offer and appropriate time adjustment to their appointment. In return, we take responsibility for any staff member who is more than 15 minutes late and offer a complementary $10.00 voucher for use on your next visit.

Clothing

Please bring dark and loose clothing for a spray tan appointment and please bring open-toed shoes for pedicures.

Cancellations

Because we run and appointment-based business, we need to know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change an appointment. F this is not adhered to charges may apply.

Packages

Packages require a 5% payment in advance.

Payments

We accept all Visa and Mastercards, Eftpos and cash. We do not accept cheques.
